Work Description

First and foremost, I'd like to introduce our company and briefly explain the scope of our future collaboration.

Acquaintance

We meet with you in an informal setting for a casual conversation to gain a better understanding of your inner world and life preferences.

Getting Acquainted with the project

The follow-up meeting is held at the future project's facility or site. We try to learn as much as we can about your design preferences, colours, styles, and architectural and design trends. At this point, please tell us about your estimated budget and project timeline. At this meeting, we determine the fundamentals that will be laid in the future project's foundation. Then, we collaborate to create a more detailed technical task.

Planning solution proposal

We will prepare several planning solutions. We will also prepare and discuss options for ergonomics and logistics of all future project components with you. We also prepare and discuss references, selecting the main ones you like and determining what inspired you in them.

Offers and modifications

We will provide you with 3D visualisations based on approved planning solutions and references (or a collage with examples of furniture and decor elements as an intermediate stage). 3D visualisations are a critical component in the development of a design process, and at this stage, we ask for your full cooperation and careful examination of the information provided.

Design draft and budget

After many discussions and meetings, we will provide you with one of the most recent versions of the preliminary design. In fact, many more adjustments will be made on your and our parts before implementation, as well as a large number of architectural, design, and engineering solutions that will improve the project. We provide you with the total project budget a few days after the draft design is presented.

Design and execution

We begin construction and project implementation under the supervision of our on-site representative. Galant ID forms a team of construction managers, designers, and designers within the company to carry out all work, from design to construction, and then proceed to the project implementation under strict control.

Quality and improvements

Following the start of construction, we proceed to check the project's quality and timings by holding weekly meetings and conferences with all construction participants. Furthermore, if any details or elements need to be corrected, we will promptly notify the customer and make all necessary changes to the project with their approval.

Guarantees after project completion

We offer a one-year warranty on our projects and will eliminate any defects or problems arising during our facility's normal operation at no cost. We will continue to work with you as your partner and assistant even after the project is completed.
